Tanner Palmer, born on 1990-12-30 in Wellington, Florida. He was born to hippie parents. His childhood was filled with traveling. All members of the traveling group were his ‘family’ yet at the same time, it felt like none of them were. He is 6’3″ and 180 lbs. He is right-handed.

He had a permissive, atheist upbringing. As a child he wanted to learn to play the piano. But his environment did not support him, claiming it was an unnecessary activity.

He was a shy kid. His grades were mostly good. At the age of 13 he was accused of molesting an 8-year-old girl, but there were no further legal action due to lack of physical evidence.

In the months after he finished high school he felt intoxicated. He felt as if a huge weight was taken off of him and he wished for even more freedom. At the age of 21 he visited a psychiatrist because of his increasing mental problems. Here, he was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. However, he was unwilling to accept any help since he considered his mental examination to be unprofessional. He met a woman with a similar background with whom he had a marital relationship for years. But one day when he came home he found his partner has committed suicide.

At present he stays in Mansfield, Texas but he moves every few months, even to different states. He works at a construction site. He has gotten himself into significant debts in the past years. He drives a black Ford. He always preferred being alone, but sometimes he likes the presence of strangers. People who know him describe him as serious.

He committed his first murder at the age of 23. Since then, he has committed 18 murders. He murders people whom he deems unintelligent. He usually attempts to evoke sympathy in his victims; he asks for help and then he takes the first opportunity. He likes to watch the blood splashing from his victims, so he uses an axe. He considers himself an entity above any man and believes that it is his decision whether someone should live or die. He taxidermies the corpses and lives with them. He keeps track of the investigation, so he knows when to lie low.
