Milton Palmer, born on 1991-08-24 in Valdosta, Georgia. His mother was a hairdresser, his father was a vendor. He is 5’10” and 187 lbs. He is left-handed.

He had a moderately religious upbringing. As a child he wanted to learn to dance. But he wasn’t able to take lessons, and the autodidactic route didn’t prove successful.

He entered primary school 1 year later, so he felt that he was lagging behind. Going to school was difficult for him due to his anxiety. Thanks to his continuous absence from school, he often received bad grades. He sustained head injuries at the ages of 4 and 7. The latter injury, when he was hit by a cabinet, caused serious injuries to his frontal lobe. As a result, he suffered from epileptic seizures for years.

In the months after he finished high school he felt intoxicated. He felt as if a huge weight was taken off of him and he wished for even more freedom. At the age of 19 he was arrested for car theft. He was sentenced to six months in prison, during which he was sexually, mentally, and physically abused. He met a girl at a party a few towns away who was much younger than him and was still in elementary school. There was never any physical contact between them. They exchanged letters for years and met for lunch every few months for some time.

At present he lives in Redding, California and he is unemployed. He is not interested in his financial situation. He drives a blue Mitsubishi. He likes being alone so he spends most of his time that way. People who know him describe him as apathetic.

He committed his first murder at the age of 25. Since then, he has committed 14 murders. His victims are prostitutes. He makes his victims drunk and then “gets them home”. It might seem a bit old-fashioned, but his favorite tool is an axe. It never let anyone down before. He is intoxicated by the fact that people talk about his murders, not knowing he is the one committing them. He hides the corpses in wine barrels. His method is characterized by sloppy professionalism.
