Steven George, born on 1986-09-14 in Berkeley, California. He was conceived from his parents’ casual relationship. His mother used tight bandages to hide the child growing in her belly up until her forced marriage that soon followed. His parents lived in the same house, but they were practically separated. He is 6’1″ and 165 lbs. He is left-handed.

He received an education with no focus on morality, and was often exposed to the world of drugs and prostitution. As a child he dreamed of becoming a conductor. However, he was convinced that he would never be any good at it, so he never even told anyone.

He entered primary school 1 year later, so he felt that he was lagging behind. His grades were mostly good. At the age of 14 he realized that he suffered from impotence, which degraded his self-esteem and social skills.

After high school he went to college, but dropped out a few months later. He tried LSD when he was 20, which induced psychotic symptoms. For months he followed a girl who was considered the most beautiful woman in the city, until she gave birth to a baby. From then on she wasn’t interesting for him anymore.

At present he has accommodated himself in a water tower outside of Hurst, Texas, accessible from the city’s sewer system and he works in the kitchen of a nearby diner. He is not interested in his financial situation. He drives a red Citroen. He always preferred being alone, but sometimes he likes the presence of strangers. People who know him describe him as pragmatic.

He committed his first murder at the age of 25. Since then, he has committed 15 murders. He chooses his victims based on the sins they have committed through his own interpretation. He entices his victims online, connecting over a common interest. He strangles his victims from the back using a rope. He is driven by his own curiosity. As soon as he sees an ideal victim, he fantasizes about the reaction they will have when they realize they are going to die. He doesn’t try to hide the corpses in particular, he just simply leaves the scene of the crime when he is done. He is more and more confident, therefore he becomes sloppy.
