Eric Vance, born on 1989-12-26 in Sanford, Florida. His mother was a seamstress, his father was a carpenter. He is 5’6″ and 163 lbs. He is left-handed.

He was always very receptive of religious teachings, even though religion did not play an important part in his education. As a child he wanted to learn to play the piano. But unfortunately his financial circumstances did not allow this.

He matured physically later, so he was a lot shorter than his classmates for most of his years in school. For him, school was hell itself. His mother died when he was 10. His father started drinking and became very aggressive, so he was raised by his maternal uncle, with whom he had a problematic relationship.

In the months after he finished high school he felt intoxicated. He felt as if a huge weight was taken off of him and he wished for even more freedom. When he was 20 he bought a rabbit in a pet shop which he later killed, disemboweled and drank the blood of. He posted dating messages in the personal section of newspapers, but for him the real purpose of these dates was observing how the “lewd” women he met dressed, carried themselves, and spoke.

At present he stays in Union City, California but he moves every few months, even to different states. He works at a construction site. He can be considered financially stable. He drives a yellow Honda. He often volunteers for fun and to be in the company of others. People who know him describe him as impatient.

He committed his first murder at the age of 27. Since then, he has committed 21 murders. His victims are young women. He picks up his victims by jumping out of his own car, even in broad daylight. He pours gasoline on his victims and gives them a lighter. He then proceeds to talk about killing their family members, telling them they can save them by simply lighting the fire. He sees murder as a game, and he’s annoyed when his victims don’t play or react to the rules made up by him. He hides the corpses in a forest and often returns to revisit them. Paranoia is slowly taking over him so he becomes more and more dangerous.
