Victor Jones, born on 1992-01-10 in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. His mother had an affair at a very young age with a married man who had no kids. A few days after his birth, his mother left him in front of the man’s family home. The man confessed everything to his wife, who soon became the baby’s stepmother. He is 5’9″ and 163 lbs. He is left-handed.

He had a moderately religious upbringing. As a child he wanted to learn to play the guitar. But he wasn’t able to take lessons, and the autodidactic route didn’t prove successful.

As a child, he had difficulties making friends. He was great at seeing connections, but his memory was poor which clearly impacted his grades. At the age of 15 he was overcome by pyromania, he set fire to anything he could get his hands on.

After high school he went to college where he studied psychology. In order to ease his depression he often resorted to alcohol, which only intensified his aggressive nature. He flirted with several women at multiple parties, but his relationships never got any further than one-night stands.

He is currently staying in a hotel outside Wylie, Texas, and takes advantage of the goodwill of the owner. He is not interested in his financial situation. He drives a blue Citroen. He tries to meet new people regularly, his circle of friends seem to change every few weeks. He does the same activities with his new friends every time. People who know him describe him as distant.

He committed his first murder at the age of 23. Since then, he has committed 22 murders. He murders people whom he deems unintelligent. He looks for his victims in nearby towns at night, roaming deserted streets and alleyways. It might seem a bit old-fashioned, but his favorite tool is an axe. It never let anyone down before. He considers himself an entity above any man and believes that it is his decision whether someone should live or die. He doesn’t hide the corpses, but instead leaves objects around that mislead the police to suspect someone else. Paranoia is slowly taking over him so he becomes more and more dangerous.
