Dale Mayo, born on 1986-05-13 in Peoria, Arizona. He lived in an orphanage until the age of 5, until he was transferred to foster parents. His foster mother was a veterinary doctor, his foster father was a tailor. He is 5’6″ and 196 lbs. He is right-handed.

He was always very receptive of religious teachings, even though religion did not play an important part in his education. As a child he dreamed of becoming an actor. He told this to a classmate who ridiculed him for it, and so he promised himself not to tell anyone about his desires anymore.

He was often aggressive with the smaller children. He didn’t care about his grades in school at all. At the age of 12 the dog of one of his school friends was found dead. He did not get into trouble, but all the evidence pointed towards him, so his contemporaries excluded him.

After high school he had a few occasional jobs. At the age of 21 he visited a psychiatrist because of his increasing mental problems. Here, he was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. However, he was unwilling to accept any help since he considered his mental examination to be unprofessional. Throughout the years, he got married multiple times in different states and his “families” believed the reason why they barely saw him was due to his work.

At present he has accommodated himself in a water tower outside of Jackson, Tennessee, accessible from the city’s sewer system and he works in the kitchen of a nearby diner. He has gotten himself into significant debts in the past years. He drives a green Nissan. He has only a few friends. People who know him describe him as rational.

He committed his first murder at the age of 23. Since then, he has committed 16 murders. His victims are hard to profile, he randomly murders women, men, children and elders alike. He observes the people and selects his victims while hanging around schools and playgrounds. He cuts the throat of his victims with a knife. He is driven by his own curiosity. As soon as he sees an ideal victim, he fantasizes about the reaction they will have when they realize they are going to die. He buries the corpses. His method is characterized by sloppy professionalism.
